What are your shipping timelines?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–7 business days based on your location and courier service.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship across India only. Follow us on social for updates as we expand.
How do I return a product?
You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Sale and customized items are not eligible. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat ₹79 shipping fee applies.
Is online buying safe?
Yes. We use secure payment gateways and industry-standard encryption to keep your information protected.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are possible before dispatch. If the order has shipped, please raise a return after delivery as per our policy.
